Every student is entitled to Careers Education and Guidance that is continuous, independent and impartial. The support offered at Earl Mortimer College and Sixth Form Centre is based on a partnership between the College, parents and our IAG Adviser.
The College has a dedicated Careers Resource Centre based in the Learning Lantern. Careers guidance is delivered through the Skills for Life Programme and additional 1:1 interviews with our IAG Adviser, Mr Mike Hughes.
Additionally, we offer trips to universities and Career Fairs to enable our students to make informed choices as well as hold a ‘Mock Interview Day’ in year 10 to prepare them for the real world.
