One course that we currently provide is Health and Social Care.
1) BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Health and Social Care – a 2 year course that provides the students a broad understanding of all aspects of the health and social care sector. This course is equivalent to 2 A Levels, and prepares students for university, apprenticeships or work in a variety of health contexts.
2) OCR Level 2 Cambridge Technical Certificate in Health and Social Care. A 1 year course at GCSE level for learners aged 16 or over, who want to learn about working with children or adults who need care and support. There are 4 units of work – 2 exams, and 2 units of coursework. The course provides the skills, knowledge and understanding to work in a variety of care roles, such as nursing assistant, care assistant or care worker.
