Assessing Progress

Year 7 students are assessed with a formal test at the end of each of the 12 topics throughout the year.

Year 8 students are assessed every half term on the two topics they cover each half term.

Year 9 students are formally assessed at the end of each term in an exam that covers all three topics covered per term.

Your child will receive homework once per week. It will be set and collected the same day each week. We appreciate your help in ensuring it is completed on time.
